Using the Clearinghouse and Submitting Inquiries | back to

Please browse through the
Direct
Alloys Online Clearinghouse to see available certified on-hand inventory from domestic
and international mills, forgers, investment casters, machine shops, distributors and end-users. Listed
specialty metals
include prime
titanium, superalloy, specialty steel and aluminum
mill products. For your convenience:
- The list may be filtered by Category, Alloy Group, Alloy, or Size.
- Full or partial
specification text searches are possible to help
listings of interest. Note: many items may be recertified to AMS or ASTM specifications.
- By clicking on a DA Item number you can see additional details about the listing,
or request a quote and mill certificates for the item.
- The whole or filtered list may be downloaded to Excel for offline browing.
- The header buttons also sort the listings.
Feel free to call, fax or send an e-mail if you do not see the needed
item. Direct Alloys
will help locate material for a specific requirement even when not listed on the
Clearinghouse.
We also quote material from selected mills. Please submit new inquiries through our
Online Inquiry/Search
Form.

Determining Price, Availability and the Supplier | back to

Contact Direct Alloys at your convenience for pricing, mill certificates, and to confirm availability
of items of interest. Prices are typically quoted Ex-works, FOB Origin, Duty
Unpaid unless otherwise stated. All items are quoted "Subject to prior sale
or use". Items are normally listed in the certified finished
condition. Material shipment is generally less than 7 days. Unless otherwise stated, material
is not packaged for overseas or air shipment. Full Seller information is provided at the time of
order entry.

Registration to the
Direct Alloys website is not required, however registered clients
do receive our periodic listings, material searches and industry news e-mail
updates.
Registering also speeds up the quoting process since contact information will
be on file.

Entering Purchase Orders | back to
top |
Customers are encouraged to contact
Direct Alloys when
they are ready to enter a purchase
order for a quoted item. Direct Alloys
provides the Seller with the Customer details to finalize payment terms and reserve
material. Direct Alloys then notifies the Customer with the Seller information. Generally, purchase
orders
are entered directly with the listing Seller and are
subject to Seller approval. When agreed, orders may be placed with
Direct Alloys.

Pricing and Certificates | back to

Prices and mill certificates for all finished items may be obtained from
Direct Alloys. Prices are determined
by the Seller however, offers from Buyers for listed items are also encouraged.
Prices are typically quoted Ex-works, FOB Origin, Duty Unpaid unless otherwise
stated. All items are quoted subject to prior sale or use.

Quality, price,
final credit approval,
payment terms, freight and shipping arrangements are conditions of sale determined by the Seller. While assisting the sales
process, the final decisions regarding acceptance of purchase orders and method of
